1. Target or Spot Training is Ineffective. 💪🏼 ❌

2. 40’s above shouldn’t do high intensity cardio. 🏃‍♂️ ❌

3. You need to eat a ton of meat. 🥩❌

4. You have to workout for 2-3 hrs a day to get toned. 🏋️‍♂️❌
